DIY Raspberry Beer Cocktail

Beer Quartet Fiesta

Think of this as a sangria, but with beer. This raspberry beer cocktail is easy, delicious, and made for a group. What more could you ask for? Now we know that beer cocktails are still relatively new, and leave a lot of people scratching their heads but we promise they’re delicious! Even if you swear you don’t like beer it's worth trying a beer cocktail, it’s a whole different ball game. This drink especially is extra sweet and fruity, pleasing even those who swear they hate beer.

Ingredients:

Beer - We recommend your favorite summer beer. A pale ale, or anything with citrus notes will mix perfectly.

Vodka - Middle shelf vodka is fine here, you just want something smooth to add a little kick to your drink.

Frozen Raspberries - Who needs ice when you can use frozen fruit?!

Frozen Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate - If you can’t find this in stores, just use lemonade concentrate and add raspberry syrup.

If you’ve ever made a sangria, then you know how to make this. So go ahead break out your pitcher and get ready to celebrate with your friends and a glass of the perfect summer beer cocktail.

  • 4 Bottles of Cold Beer
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 12 oz of thawed raspberry lemonade concentrate

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and serve in glasses filled with ice, or more frozen raspberries. Note that you may not use all the beer, we only used about 3 ½ bottles. However not all pitchers are created equal, and whatever you have left over will taste delicious!

If you want to make this in advance, you can mix the concentrate and vodka together in a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. You’ll want to wait and add in the beer and frozen raspberries just before serving.
