We’re proud to accept several different payment methods that allow you to easily pay for your order. Your invoice will have your order total in USD and your local currency or the currency you request. When you use a credit card to pay for your order, you will automatically be charged in your currency based on the current exchange rate used by your card’s issuing bank.
To sum it up — yes, it is possible. However, there are some restrictions.
It’s possible to send the same gift to many countries around the world. To see where a gift can be delivered, simply click on the drop-down under “Please select a country below to check Gift Availability & Price.”
If the gift you’re interested in isn’t available in any countries on your list, we may still be able to deliver a similar item there. The price of the gift and the exact brands included may be different depending on what is regionally available. Anytime you want to order 3 or more gifts, our bulk order form or Google spreadsheet are the fastest ways to get it done!
Additionally, if you send over your order in any other form, we simply cannot enter it into our system. And yes, that includes using your own unique Excel sheet.

Not only can you — we highly recommend it! When you order 5 or more gifts to different addresses, you can include your company’s logo, slogan, and other branding materials for FREE! We’ll print it on the gift card that comes with each order. You can learn more about the process of adding your company’s logo here.
Adding your company’s logo is simple! Just email a high-quality image (300 dpi) as a .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIFF file along with your order. Please note that adding your logo will require 7 business days in addition to the regional shipping times to allow for printing. When sending gifts to the same address, you still need to pay a delivery fee for each individual gift. This is because each gift is carefully packaged separately, specifically for each recipient. In some cases we may be able to provide a shipping discount, such as all gifts being intended for the same recipient so they can be packaged together. You will still be entitled to a corporate discount based on your purchase volume. Please contact us to speak with a corporate gift specialist to get an accurate quote for your order.
We strive to offer the best gift delivery service possible, and this means doing what we can to resolve issues that arise. Please contact us to let us know exactly what is wrong with your order. The more information you are able to provide us, the better. If possible, please send pictures of the gift delivery and details regarding what was delivered and its packaging. Our team will launch a full investigation into what went wrong and contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss the next steps.
All gift prices include taxes, and customs duties, however shipping fees are separate. You can find the shipping costs to all countries here.
If you placed a bulk order with us last year, simply contact us, and we’ll send you an updated version of your bulk order with your recipients already in it. This way you can verify that their contact information is still current and add or delete as many recipients as needed. If you’d like to send the same gift as last year, please let us know when you contact us, so your corporate gift expert can let you know if that is possible. If we don’t have the exact same gift, your corporate gift expert can send you recommendations for similar products.
Once you’ve updated all of the information on your new form, please send it back to us for order processing.
When you email your bulk order to us simply state in your email that you’d like us to calculate your discount. Corporate discounts are calculated based on the volume of your order. If you are placing a single order online, you can enter your discount code during the checkout process in the appropriate field.
We strive to keep shipping times and costs to a minimum, which is why our gifts are shipped locally in the country of delivery. This means you never have to worry about customs or other hassles.
Absolutely! Our team specializes in large gift orders to multiple recipients. Simply fill out our bulk order form or Google spreadsheet with recipients’ information, including their full names, addresses, and phone numbers. Make sure you also fill out your gift selection for each recipient as well as a gift card message with your signature. Email it back to us at [email protected], and we’ll process your order and contact you with the next steps for payment.
Yes! Our team can help you send your gifts to hotel rooms, hospitals, schools, and even cruise ships! When asked to fill out the address type online or on our bulk order form — make sure you list which non-traditional location your recipient is at. Make sure you fill out their complete delivery information — including the hotel or hospital room, cruise ship reservation number and room number, or school address, including classroom number. After that we’ll take it from there and make sure your gift goes where you want!
