1. Tell us. Compile your list and send your Bulk Order form or Google Spreadsheet with all the recipient information you have, including their email address. Email it back to [email protected]. Be sure to mention in your email that you want to use the address request service.
   Note: If your privacy policy doesn’t allow you to disclose your recipients’ emails: you are welcome to send our link for your company-branded form to them yourself.
2. Ask them. We (or you) will send an email to your recipients letting them know they have a surprise gift, and asking for their address. You can optionally let them choose a gift from a specified range of your choosing.
3. Get the addresses how you want. You can be notified every time a recipient fills out the address form, or you can let us take care of it. Either way, you’ll have the most up-to-date delivery addresses for your recipients in a flash.
    

What are Gift Reports and Why do you need them?
 

So we’ve sent an Address Request mail, and now you may be wondering if your recipient has accepted your gift or if they’ve given their address. We’ll answer that question with our gift reports that allow you to see who has responded to your gifts, who has accepted it, and who has yet to do so.
