Filling Out Customer Information
 

With the bulk order form, you only need to fill out your information once! Please fill out all the fields completely. The contact information is used by us to get in touch with you and is not included in any of your gifts. Please take care to include the email address you would like all of our correspondence regarding your order to go to. The name you write here should be the official “Sender’s Name” and may be printed on shipping slips and packaging in some cases.
 
 

Filling Out Recipient Information
 

Please work on filling out these fields to the best of your ability. If you have a foreign address you aren’t 100% sure how to break up into the correct fields, please do your best and let your corporate gift specialist know in your email what addresses you had trouble with.
 

• Company Name: You only need to fill out this field when sending a gift to a business address. It is important to include the business name to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Recipient’s Full Name: In this field, you should put the recipient’s first and last name, including any titles or honorifics. Please note gifts without a recipient name cannot be delivered.
• Address Line: This line is only for the house or building number, street name, and apartment or floor number. Please use the appropriate fields for the city, state, and zip code information.
• Country: You can use our drop-down to select the country of delivery or type it in.
• State/Province: Please write the state or province information here (USA, Canada, and Australia deliveries).
• Zip/Postal Code: Please make sure to include the zip codes for all countries that require these.
• Phone: Please provide a local phone number for each recipient. Please keep in mind that our couriers may need to speak to your recipient (or their office) to arrange a delivery time or get clarification on directions in order to deliver your gift.
• Email: Please provide us with your recipient’s email if you are able. We use this as an alternative form of communication to get in touch with your recipient if needed to coordinate delivery.
• Product Name or Number: After you’ve selected a gift from the country of delivery, please provide us with either the product name or product number in this field. Make sure you also enter the desired quantity in the following field (this number is typically 1).
• Greeting Message: Finally, please ensure you include a greeting card message for each recipient. The message you write can be unique for each recipient. Make sure to sign who the gift is from so your recipients know whom to thank.
   

Please keep in mind that if any of the above information is missing, it can delay the processing and delivery of your order. Our corporate experts review each order and will let you know what information is needed before proceeding.

A one-time processing fee will be added to your final invoice. This processing fee starts at $20 USD but will be increased depending on how much work needs to be done on your form, such as gathering missing information or correcting information in the wrong spot on your form.
