How GiftyLink Works
 

Selecting GiftyLink when you check out sends an email to your friends letting them know that yes, a gift really is on the way, even if you ordered late. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Choose any gift in the catalog of the country you’d like to deliver your gift in. From the item page you choose the GIftyLink option. The next step will ask you the best way to contact your recipient: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
 

Step 2: Take a minute to write your gift message and select your favorite card design. This is the digital card that will be delivered to them as soon as you place your order.

Step 3: The rest of the check-out process is business as usual. Once you finish checking out, your recipient will get your Giftylink in minutes. The email contains a link for them to follow and accept the gift. Once they do, you’ll get an email confirmation.

Step 4: While they’re busy thanking you for your kind words or laughing at your inside jokes, we’re busy getting to work. Our regional experts carefully prepare your gift for delivery just as soon as they can (typically within 1-3 business days).

After this, it works like the rest of our gift deliveries. Just sit back and relax! We’ll update you via email just as soon as we confirm that your gift arrived safe and sound.
