Thanks to your loyalty, we now have the privilege to introduce a loyalty program! A program designed with your gifting needs in mind. Returning customers will only enjoy Giftbucks on their future orders; however, there’s no way to collect Giftbucks on past orders that are already delivered. Like your favorite bartender, we want to help you share the love, one drink at a time.

Enrolling in the loyalty program is simple and so worth it. Everyone can sign up, and the registration process is quick and easy. All you have to do is have an account on our website; you’ll see your Giftbucks balance reflected in your My Account dashboard. The more you give, the more you get.

You can use Giftbucks to save on the next order, or collect them to receive an even bigger discount when you do decide to use them.

How can I use Giftbucks?
 

Every order you place will give you a percentage of your order total back as Giftbucks. The percentage amount depends on the type of account that you have with us. Next time you shop with us, you can pay with your Giftbucks during the ordering process!
 

If I forgot to apply my Giftbucks, can I add them after the order is placed?
 

At this time, Giftbucks can only be applied during the checkout process. However, you can save even more by using your Giftbucks on your next order! To do this, you just need to select an option to pay with Giftbucks during your next checkout.
 

Do Giftbucks expire?
 

No! You can collect and save Giftbucks for as long as you would like. They will be available for you to use on any future order. What better way to ring in the New Year than with one last act of generosity?
 

How much will I get from each order?
 

At the loyalty program’s launch, we upgraded all of the customers registered at Drinkable Gifts to a Standard account. New accounts created after the launch will automatically enter the loyalty program as Standard accounts. According to the loyalty program terms, you will receive 2% of your purchase totals as Giftbucks. In the future, the VIP account option will be added to the accounts that qualify.
 

Can I transfer Giftbucks to other participants?
 

Giftbucks are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed in cash or as a refund. You can only spend your account balance of Giftbucks on your future orders with Drinkable Gifts.
 

If I use my Giftbucks and want to cancel the order, will my Giftbucks return to my balance?
 

Never fear! Any Giftbucks you spent on a gift you decided to cancel will be refunded to your balance. You can check your Giftbucks balance anytime by visiting the My Account dashboard.
 
 
 

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
 

1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. Within the Loyalty Program framework, Members accumulate Giftbucks and receive bonus incentives under the conditions stipulated by the Loyalty Program.
1.2. Drinkable Gifts (DG) reserves the right to determine the validity period for Giftbucks and the circumstances under which bonus incentives may be discontinued.

2. Accrual, Deduction, Restoration, and Cancellation of Bonus Points
2.1. Upon purchasing goods, Giftbucks are credited to the Member’s account, calculated as a percentage of the product’s cost. The Bonus Point accrual rate is set by Drinkable Gifts and displayed on the Member’s account. Delivery fees are excluded from Bonus Point calculations.
2.2. Giftbucks can be used within the validity period specified at their time of accrual and can be applied to subsequent orders.
2.3. Giftbucks are deducted when used during an order placement, reflecting the current Giftbucks balance. Giftbucks are proportionally applied based on product values if multiple products are purchased.
2.4. If the recipient declines the order and/or the goods under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use of the Service, the debited Giftbucks will not be refunded.
2.5. Drinkable Gifts will revoke Bonus Points in the following scenarios:

• The points expire as per the Loyalty Program’s set duration.
• Deletion of a Member’s account.
• Removal or voluntary exit of a Member from the Loyalty Program.
• Incorrect Giftbuck calculations, including software glitches.
• Giftbuck accruals resulting from Loyalty Program misuse or deceitful activities by the Member or third parties.
   

3. Additional Provisions
3.1. Members who disagree with the Loyalty Program’s terms should cease using the service immediately.
3.2. Drinkable Gifts holds the authority to limit a Member’s access if they misuse the Loyalty Program, including fraudulent activities targeting bonus rewards.
3.3. Drinkable Gifts can amend the Loyalty Program’s terms without prior notice. Modifications become effective upon their release unless otherwise stated. Members are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms for updates.
